San Francisco 49ers offensive guard Mike Iupati is out for the remainder of the NFC Championship game against the Seattle Seahawks with an ankle injury.

Iupati was caught under a pile after 49ers running back Anthony Dixon scored the only touchdown of the first half on a 1-yard touchdown run. Iupati was down for several minutes before limping off the field and being carted off.

Adam Snyder, Iupati's backup who started four games in Iupati's absence in the regular season, will finish out the game at left guard.
