Redskins tight end Fred Davis could enter the free agent market with some baggage after failing a marijuana test, according to Jason La Canfora of CBSSports.com.

La Canfora reports the NFL is considering a six-game suspension for Davis, who previously served a four-game suspension for violating the league's substance abuse policy in 2011. He can become a free agent in March.
