The Indiana Pacers have signed former Cleveland Cavaliers C Andrew Bynum, the team announced.
Bynum was traded to the Bulls by the Cavs in exchange for forward Luol Deng earlier this season and then immediately waived by Chicago. He has since cleared the waiver wire and drawn interest from multiple teams including the Miami Heat.
Bynum and his agent David Lee were in Indianapolis on Friday, to sign the contract, which will extend through the end of the season.
