The Chicago Cubs will play their first home day-night doubleheader in more than 30 years after their June 29 game against the Washington Nationals was rescheduled because of traffic concerns, the team announced.

The team said that Alderman Tom Tunney made the request in order to ease congestion in the neighborhood during the annual Pride Parade.

The Cubs will play the Nationals at Wrigley Field on June 28, starting at 12:05 p.m. The second game will start at 6:15 p.m., meaning the Cubs will have a rare day off on Sunday.
