UNLV head coach Dave Rice has been offered the job at the University of South Florida, Matt Youmans of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

According to the report, Rice has a five-year deal on the table for $1.2 million per year. Rice currently earns $700,000 a season with UNLV.

South Florida is still looking for a coach after it rescinded an offer to Manhattan’s Steve Masiello, when inaccuracies were noted on his resume after a background check.
