The Cincinnati Bengals went 11-5 last season and have nine picks in the 2014 NFL draft. Even though they are coming off their fourth playoff appearance in the past five seasons, they don't have any playoff wins to show for it.

All eyes this season will be on quarterback Andy Dalton, who set career highs in passing yards and touchdown passes but played poorly in the Wild Card playoff loss to the San Diego Chargers. SI.com's Chris Burke writes that deciding how much faith to place in Dalton "may determine some of the Bengals’ draft approach."
