The Dallas Cowboys have become the NFL's definition of mediocrity. After three straight 8-8 seasons and stuck in a tough salary cap situation, the Cowboys need all the help they can get.

Dallas was the only NFL team to give up more than 400 yards per game last season. There have been lots of rumors about the team's supposed interest in Johnny Manziel. But you can expect them to spend a majority of their 11 picks in the 2014 NFL draft on the defensive side of the ball.

Needs: Defensive end, safety, defensive tackle
