The Oakland Raiders have agreed to terms with Khalil Mack, the fifth overall selection in the 2014 draft, according to ESPN's Field Yates. Mack is the highest pick in the 2014 draft to sign thus far.

Mack, a linebacker out of Buffalo, recorded 10.5 sacks his senior year and is expected to anchor the Raiders' defense. He, along with Houston Texans defensive end Jadaveon Clowney, is one of the favorites to win defensive rookie of the year.

At first glance, Oakland may have put together one of its best draft classes in years by selecting Mack and second-round quarterback Derek Carr, plus several other players who should contribute right away.
