Indiana Pacers head coach Frank Vogel will return next season, reports Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowksi.

After finishing first in the Eastern Conference with 56 wins, the Pacers were kicked to the curb by the Heat in the conference finals. It's the third year in a row Indiana has been booted from the playoffs by Miami, and the second in a row it's happened in the conference finals.

An earlier rumor, from ESPN's Marc Stein, suggested that Pacers' president Larry Bird could tap Mark Jackson as the new coach. In four seasons with the Pacers, Vogel has gone 167-100.
