Spurs after Fluminense star Thiago Neves

Fluminense favorite Thiago Neves is a target for Tottenham Hotspur boss Juande Ramos, according to Sport Italia.

The attacking midfielder has caught Spaniard Ramos' eye due to his good passing and the power he can unleash in front of goal.

The single-capped Brazil international has also attracted the attention of Sicilian club Palermo, and even European giants AC Milan and Manchester United.

The 23-year old number 10 scored a hat trick in the 2008 Copa Libertadores -- the South American equivalent of the Champions League.
