Chelsea captain John Terry has confirmed that there is no chance of him joining Inter Milan, despite reported interest from Jose Mourinho.

Terry is Chelsea through-and-through, having graduated from the youth system before making his senior debut as a 17-year-old.

Ten years later, Terry is now a Chelsea symbol, having made more than 240 appearances, and being the current skipper.

The 27-year-old has always stated that he wants to spend the rest of his career at Stamford Bridge, but there have been reports in the press recently that Inter may look to make a bid for the defender.

Nerazzurri boss Jose Mourinho was very close to Terry when he coached Chelsea from 2004-07, but the England international says there is no chance of them hooking up at San Siro.

"Jose knows I'd never leave Chelsea," said Terry. "I grew up with Chelsea, I like everything here and hope to stay forever. Even if he wanted to sign me really passionately he knew I would never move."

Terry captained Chelsea to consecutive Premier League titles in 2005 and 2006 under Mourinho's guidance.
