Nery Castillo's stay with Shakhtar Donetsk has been highlighted more by loan moves than actual playing time, and the trend has continued.

Shakhtar loaned Castillo out to fellow Ukrainian side FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk. The loan arrangement is for the entire 2009-2010 season.

Since joining Shakhtar on a four-year contract before the 2008-09 season, Castillo has seen more playing time with the Mexican national team than any of his respective clubs teams. He's played 19 national team games and 14 club matches over the last two years.

FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk have reached the qualifying stages of the UEFA Cup the last two seasons and advanced to the knockout rounds of the tournament in 2004-05.

Castillo, meanwhile, figures to have a better opportunity with FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk than Shakhtar, where he has fallen out of favor. Despite his club instability, Castillo was called up for Mexico's World Cup qualifying match against the U.S. on Aug. 12. --Goal.com
