Olsen warns Bendtner about off-pitch behavior

Denmark coach Morten Olsen told Nicklas Bendtner to learn from his "poor judgment'' off the field on Wednesday after the forward was recently fined and banned from driving for speeding.

Olsen still included Bendtner in the 20-man squad for Denmark's friendly next Wednesday against Russia in Copenhagen despite the player being fined 660 pounds ($1,044) and banned from driving for 56 days by an English court earlier this week.

Bendtner and Sunderland teammate Lee Cattermole are also facing charges for allegedly damaging cars in December near the stadium of their team's Premier League rival, Newcastle.

"He should learn from that,'' Olsen said. "However, Nicklas has not been convicted in Denmark and he has not crossed the line for me or (the Danish FA), so he is obviously in.''

The squad also includes midfielders Christian Poulsen and Christian Eriksen, striker Dennis Rommedahl and goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen, who could play his 100th game for Denmark.

Denmark will also play friendlies against Brazil and Australia before the 2012 European Championship begins June 9.
