Greece: Olympiakos falls at home, suffers first defeat

ATHENS, Greece (AP) -- Olympiakos lost for the first time this season, going down 3-2 at home against Atromitos in the Greek league Sunday after Elini Dimoutsos scored the winner in the 79th minute.

Atromitos had opened the scoring in the opening minute through Brito, but goals by Rafik Djebbour and Djamel Abdoun had given Olympiakos a 2-1 halftime lead. Thanassis Karagounis equalized for Atromitos in the 48th.

Despite the loss, Olympiakos holds a 13-point lead over Asteras with 10 rounds to play. Atromitos is fourth, three points behind Asteras and a point behind PAOK, which drew 2-2 at Thessaloniki archrival Aris.

Also Sunday, OFI beat Kerkyra 2-0 and Veria prevailed over Panthrakikos by the same score.
