Raiders' RB Maurice Jones-Drew will sit out Sunday's game against the Patriots due to a hand injury, reports the NFL Network's Steve Wyche.
The 29-year-old running back had surgery on his right hand earlier this month after injuring it in Oakland's 19-14 loss to the Jets. Jones-Drew was sidelined during the team's week two loss to the Texans.
