This week, Sports Illustrated will be counting down its Top 50 all-time models, 10 per day, with the winner being revealed on Friday in conjunction with SI’s Summer of Swim Event at Wynn Las Vegas. Check back all week as the list is revealed.

20. Angie Everhart

Hometown: Akron, OH

Years in Swimsuit issue: 5 (1991-92, 1994-96)

Everhart traveled to France shortly after high school and became a top runway model and cover girl for the next 10 years. In addition to SI, she has also posed for ELLE, Glamour, and Playboy.

Random Fact: Everhart -- known for her red hair -- has represented the United States in two Super-Hair World Cup tournaments, winning the championship in 2006 and 2010.

19. Stacey Williams

Hometown: Mechanicsburg, Pa.

Years in Swimsuit issue: 7 (1992-1998)

Williams was featured in Sports Illustrated's 40th anniversary issue as part of SI’s Hall of Fame. She has also tackled film roles in "The Dogwalker" and "Gangster World".

Random Fact: The band Sonic Youth mention her and other Sports Illustrated models in their song “Swimsuit Issue.”

18. Anne V

Hometown: Nizhny, Russia

Years in Swimsuit issue: 9 (2005-13)

In addition to appearing in Sports Illustrated an impressive nine times, Anne V walked in the 2008, 2010, and 2011 Victoria Secret Fashion Shows.

Random Fact: Anne appeared in the fifth installment of the acclaimed Die Hard movies, "A Good Day to Die Hard".

17. Kim Alexis

Hometown: Lockport, NY

Years in Swimsuit issue: 6 (1982-85, 1987-88)

Alexis was one of the premier models of the 1980s, and in the early ‘90s she hosted health shows on the Family Channel and Lifetime.

Random Fact: In 2005, Alexis appeared on VH1’s “But Can They Sing?” She was eliminated in Week 2.

16. Irina Shayk

Hometown: Yemanzhelinsk, Russia

Years in Swimsuit issue: 6 (2007-12)

After high school, Shayk began studying marketing but ultimately left to enroll in beauty school. While there, she was noticed by a local modeling agency, who urged her to compete in the 2004 Miss Chelyabinsk beauty pageant. She won first place, and her career took off.

Random Fact: Shayk has a pet dog named Caesare, after Julius Caesar, which she boasts was fathered by one of the dogs who played the title role in the film Marley & Me.

15. Molly Sims

Hometown: Murray, Ky.

Years in Swimsuit issue: 6 (2001-04, 2006, 2007)

Sims attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville before leaving to pursue a career in modeling at the age of 19. After getting her start with Sports Illustrated, Sims went on to star in several television shows and films.

Random Fact: Sims has spent the last five seasons playing Delinda Deline on the NBC TV show “Las Vegas.”

14. Rachel Hunter

Hometown: Auckland, New Zealand

Years in Swimsuit issue: 8 (1989-91, 1993-94, 2003-04, 2006)

Hunter began her modeling career at 17 and became one of the most photographed models in the world.She can now be seen as a judge on the reality TV show "New Zealand' Got Talent."

Random Fact: She made an appearance in the music video for “Stacy’s Mom” by the band Fountains of Wayne.

13. Marisa Miller

Hometown: Santa Cruz, Calif.

Years in Swimsuit: 7 (2002-08)

Miller, who has graced the 2008 cover for the Swimsuit issue, was first discovered while in a San Francisco café. After starting her modeling career abroad, Miller returned to the states where she was featured in the magazine for six consecutive years.

Random Fact: Miller became the first spokesperson for Harley-Davidson and is also a spokesperson for NFL.

12. Carol Alt

Hometown: Queens, NY

Years in Swimsuit issue: 6 (1981-84, 1987, 1989)

Alt first gained notoriety in the modeling world after appearing on the 1982 cover of the Swimsuit issue. She was discovered at the age of 18 while waiting tables. After modeling, Alt pursued a career in the entertainment business as an actress.

Random Fact: Family Guy spoofed Alt in the episode titled “The Man with Two Brians.”

11. Rebecca Romijn

Hometown: Berkeley, Calif.

Years in Swimsuit issue: 6 (1994-96, 1998-1999, 2006)

Romijn, who first started modeling in 1991, was featured on the 1999 and 2006 covers of the Swimsuit issue. In addition to her modeling career, Romijn has found success in TV and film, with roles in the "X-men" films as well as "Ugly Betty".

Random Fact: Due to a growth spurt that Romijn experienced she suffered from scoliosis.
