Kaia Kanepi of Estonia won the Estoril Open after saving two match points and rallying past Carla Suarez Navarro of Spain 3-6, 7-6 (6), 6-4 Saturday.

The sixth-seeded Kanepi saved the match points on her way to winning the second-set tiebreaker. She recovered from 3-1 down on the outdoor clay court to claim her second title of the season.

"I've won a few matches from match points down, but I've never won a final like this," Kanepi said. "I'll remember this final in a good way for a long time."
