Rain has forced the cancelation of all of Monday’s matches at the French Open.

The rainout marks the first time since May 30, 2000 that a full day of French Open play has been canceled because of rain, according to SI’s Jon Wertheim.

No. 1 Serena Williams and No. 9 Venus Williams were scheduled to play their Round 4 singles matches on Monday against No. 18 Elina Svitolina and No. 8 Timea Bacsinszky, respectively.

On the men’s side, No. 1 Novak Djokovic was slated to face No. 14 Roberto Bautista Agut.

All matches will be rescheduled when weather permits, though rain is in the forecast in Paris throughout the rest of the week.
