On this week's episode of the SI Tennis Beyond the Baseline Podcast, Sports Illustrated executive editor and host Jon Wertheim talks with Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Glenn Greenwald

A former lawyer, leading investigative journalist and tennis fan, Greenwald joins the podcast from his home near Rio de Janiero, Brazil, where he has lived for the past 11 years. Greenwald discusses the upcoming Rio 2016 Olympics, if his home country is ready to host the games, what he expects from the Olympics and gives more insight into dynamics in Brazil at the moment. Greenwald also talks about his interest in tennis, why he enjoys watching the WTA a little bit more than the ATP, his favorite players and his overall fondness for tennis. As a journalist with The Intercept, Greenwald discusses whether he would like to cover and write about tennis, what he thinks about corruption, such as doping and match-fixing, and conflicts of interest in the sport.

Wertheim and Greenwald also talk about the role and popularity of tennis in Brazil, as compared to other sports.
