If you read CNN, BBC News, the Guardian, the Telegraph or any one of a thousand other websites, chances are you've heard of planking, the Internet craze of lying face down in bizarre locations for a photo op and sharing it online.

It appears not even the hallowed, tradition-steeped grounds of the All England Club are safe from a trend that's as new-school as they come.

When former Wimbledon girls' champion Laura Robson found herself with time to burn after her second-round match with Maria Sharapova was postponed to Friday, the 17-year-old Brit threw down the gauntlet in a "plank off" with compatriot Anne Keothavong (no stranger to the fad herself).

"Overlooking the courts plank. Thank you and goodnight," tweeted Robson, including a link to this photo:

Your move, Anne.
