Sunday night's five-set masterclass display between Novak Djokovic and Stanislas Wawrinka (won by Djokovic 1-6, 7-5, 6-4, 6-7 (5), 12-10 in five hours) had a little bit of everything. Spectacular tennis, gripping drama and a near-head injury to a ball kid. Who says tennis is a non-contact sport?

Early in the fourth-set tiebreak, Djokovic shanked a forehand return right off an unsuspecting ball boy's head. Thankfully they breed them tough Down Under, and the kid barely flinched. It's been a tough week for the kids in Melbourne, who have had to withstand triple-digit temperatures while trying to avoid being hit by balls, water bottles or, in this case, rackets:

No surprise that this year's ballkids are up to the challenge though. After all, this is the same Slam that featured this great catch last year. Have the Yankees drafted this kid yet?
