Kobe Bryant Practicing, Knee Feels "90 Percent Better"

Lakers star Kobe Bryant says his knee is “90 percent better” after undergoing an experimental version of platelet-rich plasma therapy this offseason in Germany, NBC Sports reports.

Last season under Phil Jackson, Bryant practiced a handful of times throughout the 82-game season due to his sore knee. However, Bryant now is able to attend practice regularly and feels he can do “anything.”

When asked what he is physically capable of with his knee this season that he was not last, Bryant answered:

“I can run. I can jump. I can run the track. I can lift weights the way I want to lift weights. I can practice every day. Those are things I couldn’t do last year.”
