VIKERSUND, Norway (AP) Peter Prevc showed why he is on course to be the overall ski jumping World Cup champion with a victory in Vikersund on Sunday.
With jumps of 237 and 249 meters, the Slovenian scored a total of 469 points, giving him his second World Cup win in two days.
Stefan Kraft of Austria finished second with 461.6 points after jumps of 238 and 231 meters. Andreas Stjernen of Norway had 459.7 points to finish third, after jumping 249 and 231 meters.
Prevc's 11th victory of the season gives him 1,574 points at the top of the overall standings. Severin Freund of Germany is 572 points behind in second, while Norway's Kenneth Gangnes is 634 points back in third place.
