Incoming Baylor freshman Kobe Eubanks will not play this season, according to a report from Jon Rothstein of CBSSports.

Rothstein reports that the NCAA will not clear Eubanks.

Eubanks, a 6-foot-4 shooting guard, also drew scholarship offers from Cincinnati, Missouri and Pittsburgh, among other programs. Eubanks averaged 18.5 points as a senior at Our Savior New American (N.Y.) School.

The Bears went 26-12 last season and were eliminated by Wisconsin in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament.
