NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) Xavier Richards scored 21 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, Darreon Reddick had 14 points and 13 rebounds, and Tennessee State beat Fisk 75-60 on Thursday.

Zachary Lee scored 10 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for the Tigers (2-1), who, with one returner and 12 newcomers, are the least experienced Division I team this season.

Tennessee State outshot the Bulldogs 51 percent to 34.8 percent and outrebounded them 46-35.

Chris Pollard and Walter Arnold scored 12 each for Fisk (0-7), an NAIA member, and Austin Watkins added 11 points.

The lead changed hands 10 times before Reddick hit a jumper at 4:11 in the first half, sparking a 9-1 run and a 29-22 Tennessee State halftime lead.

Fisk's Joseph Gilmore tied it at 33 with a 3-pointer early in the second half, but the Tigers pulled ahead on an 8-3 run and stayed ahead, finishing with an 8-2 run.
