Hines did it with 12-of-13 shooting from the field for the Broncs (4-2). Janari Joesaar added 20 points with six rebounds and Shaquille Boga had 15 points, four rebounds and five assists. The team hit 53.6 percent from the field overall and 68.2 percent from the line.
The Broncs trailed 31-29 at the break but rallied in the second period, taking a 42-37 lead on a layup and a 3-pointer by Joesaar with 14:20 remaining. They then scored nine straight points to go up 51-37 and maintained a double-digit advantage for the rest of the game.
Jaron Nash led North Dakota (2-4) with 15 points, 13 rebounds and two steals.
