Doesn't look like Justin Anderson's ankle injury is as serious as some making it out to be. Still on bench and has his shoe on again.— Cavs Journal (@CavsJournal) December 4, 2014
Andersen, a junior, scored 16 points with six rebounds before exiting. He entered the game averaging 15.0 points and 4.3 rebounds per game for the 8-0 Cavaliers.
Andersen averaged 7.8 points per game as a sophomore last season and 7.6 as a freshman.
The Big Ten won the ACC/Big Ten Challenge for the sixth straight year on Wednesday.
