After trailing 31-26 at the break, the Rams (5-3) moved ahead to lead by one, 34-33, early in the second. But the Friars quickly responded with Dunn, Harris and Henton mounting an 11-4 run to a 44-38 Providence edge with 12:24 remaining. With 44 seconds to play, the Rams' Jared Terrell drained a 3-pointer to bring Rhode Island to within three, 63-60, before Dunn dunked and made 3 of 4 from the line to close out the game and seal the win for the Friars.
