MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) Le'Bryan Nash scored 20 points and Anthony Hickey Jr. and Phil Forte III each threw down 19 as Oklahoma State galloped away from Memphis 73-55 on Saturday night, rebounding from its first loss this season.
Nash, who had but six points early in the second half, came on late at the foul line (12 of 14) to extend his streak of double-figure outings to eight straight games. The 20 points for Hickey, a transfer from LSU, are a career-best scoring at Oklahoma State (8-1). He drained a 3-pointer for Oklahoma State's first points and followed with a jumper to give the Cowboys the lead for good at 5-4.
The Cowboys recorded double-digit steals (15) for the fifth time this season. Michael Cobbins had a career-high four.
Kuran Iverson and Trashon Burrell scored 13 each for Memphis (3-4).
The Cowboys were drubbed at South Carolina Dec. 6 for their first loss.
