Buffalo led 38-28 at the break, and used a 16-6 run, capped by Moss's seven-straight points, to make it 54-34 with 13:39 to play. Skeete's 3-pointer gave the Bulls a 30-point lead with 4:05 left.
Emile Blackman scored 15 points and Wesley Myers added 14 with four 3-pointers to lead Niagara (1-7). Ramone Snowden had nine points and three steals for the Purple Eagles, who shot just 19 of 53 from the field for 35.8 percent.
