DeWayne Russell added 15 points and Kerwin Smith had 12 for Grand Canyon (6-7), which shot 55.9 percent from the floor and posted its largest margin of victory this season.
Leading by just four at the break, the Antelopes broke away midway through the second half with a 16-1 run sparked by a bucket from Smith and capped by a pair of free throws from Russell to make it 73-48 with 5:17 to play. Grand Canyon enjoyed a 49-33 rebounding advantage held St. Edward's to just 32.8 percent shooting from the field.
St. Edward's, an NCAA Division II team, was led by Ramir Burton with 10 points. The matchup was the program's third exhibition this season against Division I teams.
