Adenekan scored six during a 9-2 run that gave the Redhawks a 44-30 lead with six minutes left and Utah Valley never got closer than down 12 from there.
The Wolverines made just 5 of 23 (21.7 percent) field goals and scored 14 points in the second half. They finished 0 for 17 from 3-point range.
Bruneel and Donte Williams scored 10 apiece.
