Loving, a sophomore, has not played since Ohio State's win over Maryland on Jan. 29. His suspension began when he did not travel for the Feb. 4 game against Purdue, and the team announced he had "temporarily lost the privilege to wear the scarlet and gray."
He is averaging 11.7 points and 3.9 rebounds while shooting 53.2 percent on three pointers. Jae'Sean Tate took his spot in the starting lineup last month before the suspension.
The Buckeyes are 19-6 and 8-4 in Big Ten play. They play the Spartans at noon ET on Saturday.
