NEWARK, Del. (AP) Kevin Blake scored 18 points, including a career-high five 3-pointers, to help lead Elon to an 83-75 victory over Delaware in overtime on Saturday.

Elon stifled Delaware in the overtime period, scoring nine of the 10 total points highlighted by a Tanner Samson 3-pointer and six consecutive made free throws. The only point for Delaware came courtesy of a Marvin King-Davis free throw.

Samson and Austin Hamilton each finished with 16 points for the Phoenix (12-17, 4-12 Colonial Athletic Association), with Samson adding six rebounds and Hamilton nine assists. The win snaps the Phoenix seven game losing streak, and moves them to 3-0 all-time against Delaware.

Kyle Anderson finished with 18 points for Delaware (8-19, 7-9). Chivarsky Corbett added 16 points off the bench, including five straight points in the final 1:21 that sent the game to overtime.
