March Madness live stream: Watch NCAA tournament games on Thursday

With the First Four NCAA tournament games in the books, the field of 64 opens up on Thursday with the first second-round games.

Sixteen games will be split over afternoon and evening sessions, beginning with a Midwest regional matchup in Pittsburgh between No. 3 Notre Dame and No. 14 Northeastern at 12:15 p.m. ET on CBS. The afternoon selection will conclude with a West regional matchup between No. 7 VCU and No. 10 Ohio State on TNT, shortly after the conclusion of No. 2 Arizona vs. No. 15 Texas Southern, which tips off at 2:10 p.m. on TNT.

In the evening, East No. 1 seed Villanova will face No. 16 Lafayette at 6:50 p.m. ET on TBS. Other enticing matchups include Midwest No. 8 Cincinnati vs. No. 9 Purdue at 7:10 p.m. on CBS, West No. 4 North Carolina vs. No. 13 Harvard at 7:20 p.m. on TNT and South No. 5 Utah vs. No. 12. Stephen F. Austin at 7:27 p.m. on truTV.
