Report: Stanford LB Blake Martinez questionable for Pac-12 title game

Saturday December 5th, 2015

Stanford linebacker Blake Martinez is questionable for the Pac-12 title game against USC with an ankle injury, reports Bruce Feldman of Fox Sports.

The 6’2”, 245-pound linebacker leads the Cardinal as well as the conference in tackles with 121. The senior is a first-team All-Pac-12 selection and Butkus Award semifinalist.

Martinez injured his ankle during practice this week and will attempt to play in the Pac-12 title game. However, the team is reportedly still uncertain if he will take the field.

Stanford defeated USC 41–31 when the teams met last on Sept. 19.
