The Bulldogs have won four in a row and scored at least 90 points in each of their last three games.
Delaware State (1-15, 0-2) made just 10 of 29 (35.7 percent) field goal attempts in the first half and trailed 51-33 at the break, but hit eight 3-pointers after halftime and rallied to tie it at 68 with about five minutes left.
South Carolina State scored 22 of the final 33 points.
