The first round of the NCAA tournament is underway, with the second day of games all set on Friday.

Matchups will be determined for the second round, with plenty of intriguing ties running all day.

Oregon will be the final No. 1 seed to play as it takes on Holy Cross. All four No. 2 seeds, Villanova, Michigan State, Xavier and Oklahoma will be in action. Notre Dame and Michigan will take their football rivalry to the hardwood in an intriguing 7–11 matchup. Per usual, it promises to be another frantic first round.
