One of Tyler Summitt’s former Louisiana Tech players posted a photo Friday to prove she was not impregnated by the ex-head coach.

Ashley Santos, a redshirt junior who transferred to Louisiana Tech from Marquette, where Summitt coached her as an assistant, tweeted a picture baring her midriff with the hashtag “#notprego” and a caption reading “Rumors squashed. Don’t talk about what you don’t know.’

Louisiana Tech athletic director Tommy McClelland on Friday said the school had begun an investigation into what Summitt, who is married, called an “inappropriate relationship” that led to his resignation. He said the investigation began immediately following allegations and that Summitt resigned prior to its conclusion.
