The Billikens were on their way to Teterboro Airport after winning the Atlantic 10 tournament final in Brooklyn, but got stuck in traffic, so they pulled the bus over and caught the show from inside the retail store. It was there they learned that that were a 4-seed in the Midwest regional, with a Round of 64 date with New Mexico State in San Jose.
Saint Louis was considered a trendy dark horse Final Four pick before the bracket was unveiled, but being placed in the toughest region in the tournament makes that a little dicier. They likely would face No. 1 overall seed Louisville in a Sweet 16 matchup in Indianapolis.
