BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (AP) Some say bad things happen in threes.

If that's true, Indiana might want to look out when it travels to Bowling Green on Saturday.

Teams from the Mid-American Conference, which counts Bowling Green as a member, upset two Big Ten teams last week. Hoosiers coach Kevin Wilson is well aware of that fact and has put his team on high alert.

The Hoosiers (1-0) opened the season with a 28-10 win over FCS Indiana State, then had a bye week. The Falcons (1-1) lost at Western Kentucky 59-31 before turning around and beating up on another FCS team, Virginia Military Institute, 48-7, last Saturday to give coach Dino Babers his first win on the Falcons sideline.
