West Virginia suspends CB Daryl Worley indefinitely, violated team rules
Tuesday September 16th, 2014

West Virginia indefinitely suspended starting cornerback Daryl Worley for a violation of team rules, head coach Dana Holgorsen announced.

Holgorsen did not disclose why he suspended Worley.

Worley, a sophomore, has started all three games for West Virginia and has 17 total tackles and two interceptions this season.

Worley’s backup is junior Ricky Rumph, who has played in 21 career games but has never started. West Virginia (2-1) hosts fourth-ranked Oklahoma (3-0) in their Big 12 opener on Saturday.
