UCLA starting safety Randall Goforth will undergo surgery on both of his shoulders and miss the rest of the season.

UCLA starting safety Randall Goforth will undergo surgery on both of his shoulders and is out for the rest of the season, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Goforth separated his left shoulder in training camp and separated his right shoulder in UCLA's win over Memphis on Sept. 6.

Sophomore Tahaan Goodman started in place of Goforth in the Bruins' 20-17 win over Texas on Sept. 13.

Goforth started all 13 games last season, recording 78 tackles and three interceptions.
