New Mexico State Aggies vs. LSU Tigers
After three straight wins to begin the season, the No. 17 LSU Tigers suffered a setback in Week 4 when they were upset at home by the Mississippi State Bulldogs. LSU will be looking to get back in the win column when they host the New Mexico State Aggies (2-2). New Mexico State started off the season 2-0 before dropping two straight to UTEP and New Mexico.

Week 4: Mississippi State 34, LSU 29
LSU suffered their first loss to Mississippi State at home since 1991. Mississippi State quarterback Dak Prescott racked up 373 total yards and three touchdowns. Bulldogs running back Josh Robinson added 197 yards on the ground and a score. The LSU offense was led by two 100-yard receivers in Travin Dural (124 yards) and Malachi Dupre (120 yards, two touchdowns).
Week 3: LSU 31, Louisiana-Monroe 0
The LSU defense pitched their second shutout in as many weeks while holding Louisiana-Monroe to just 93 total yards. LSU had five players rush the ball at least seven times on their way to 219 yards and four touchdowns.
Week 2: LSU 56, Sam Houston State 0
LSU ran for 334 yards as a team in the blowout win while Travin Dural again led the receiving corps with 140 yards and three touchdowns. Dural scored a touchdown each time he hauled in the ball. Freshman running back Leonard Fournette led the rushing attack with 92 yards and a touchdown.
Week 1: LSU 28, Wisconsin 24
LSU scored 21 unanswered points in the second half to complete their comeback. Kenny Hilliard capped off the win with a 28-yard touchdown run. Hilliard finished the game with 110 rushing yards and 22 rushing yards. Travin Dural led the way for the Tigers through the passing game with 151 receiving yards and a score.
New Mexico State
Week 4: New Mexico 38, New Mexico State 35
Tyler Rogers threw for 333 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. It was his second straight 300+ yard passing game. He also scored a rushing touchdown for the second straight week. Teldrick Morgan totaled 122 yards on nine catches.
Week 3: UTEP 42, New Mexico State 24
Tyler Rogers and Teldrick Morgan led the way for New Mexico State in their losing effort. Rogers finished the game with 324 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. Rogers added a touchdown on the ground. Morgan hauled in eight receptions for 202 yards and a touchdown.
Week 2: New Mexico State 34, Georgia State 31
Tyler Rogers threw his third touchdown of the game when he found Teldrick Morgan for an 11-yard game-winning touchdown with just 15 seconds left on the clock. Rogers finished the game with 241 yards passing, three touchdowns and an interception. Morgan totaled eight catches for 89 yards and two touchdowns on the day. Larry Rose III paced the Aggies' rushing attack with 89 yards.
Week 1: New Mexico State 28, Cal Poly 10
Larry Rose III carried the ball 30 times for 149 yards and a touchdown to lead the Aggies offense. Rose added 13 yards and a touchdown receiving. New Mexico State's defense limited the Mustangs to just six passing yards.
