Texas A&M wide receiver Frank Iheanacho has been suspended from all football activities following an arrest for failure to identify by giving false/fictitious information.
KZNE Radio in College Station, Texas, first reported the arrest. Iheanacho was booked into Brazos County jail on Tuesday on charges of failure to identify by giving false/fictitious information.
According to KZNE, the charges stem from a Feb. 26 shoplifting incident at a Wal-Mart.
Iheanacho is a former four-star recruit who will be a sophomore next season. He appeared in seven games for the Aggies in 2014, making two catches for 23 yards.
While suspended, Iheanacho will not be allowed to participate in Texas A&M's spring practice, which is ongoing.
