NORMAN, Okla. (AP) Alex Ross scored two touchdowns to help the Red team beat the White team 20-7 in Oklahoma's spring game Saturday.

It was the first time the crowd of 42,807 saw new offensive coordinator Lincoln Riley's Air Raid offense.

The fans also got a closer look at the quarterback battle. Trevor Knight, last year's starter, was 6 of 13 for 78 yards and an interception and ran for a score. Coach Bob Stoops has said he expects the competition to continue into the fall.
