We are introduced to a ton of new faces every college football season. Here are six guys that you've never heard of but are off to incredible starts.
With Steve Patterson out as AD at Texas, one of the most prestigious and powerful positions in college athletics is vacant and while most are screaming for Mack Brown (including numerous former football players), SI's Pete Thamel has a much better option. Apparently the situation at UT became much more dire than the public was led to believe, with some athletic department employees saying the department has become a joke under Patterson and most people are embarrassed.
Nike recreated the toga party scene from Animal House using famous Oregon alumni and it was amazing.
Kameryn Faye Sims
Alabama receiver Cameron Sims had a pretty darn good reason for missing practice on Tuesday, as he was welcoming his daughter, Kameryn Faye Sims, into the world:
