Stanford opened the week a 15-point favorite for Saturday’s game thank in large part to their offensive success over the last couple weeks. The Cardinal have averaged more than 400 yards per game this season, and QB Kevin Hogan is coming off a near-perfect performance against USC. Hogan went 18-for-23 for 279 yards and two touchdowns. RB Remound Wright added three scores on the ground, while Christian McCaffrey did most of the heavy lifting, rushing 26 times for 120 yards.

Oregon State, meanwhile, has played decent defense, allowing 21 points and under 280 yards per contest, but the offense stalled in its toughest game against Michigan. The Beavers managed just 138 yards from scrimmage, rushing 33 times for 59 yards and going for 79 yards on nine completions. Their ground game took a complete 180 against San Jose State, with 303 yards and three scores on 46 attempts.
