TCU lost two wide receivers to injury during Saturday’s win over Texas Tech.

Junior Ty Slanina is likely done for the season and sophomore Emanuel Porter will be missing for a few weeks, head coach Gary Patterson told reporters after the game.

Slanina was expected to have surgery Monday for a broken collarbone.

Slanina caught two passes for 32 yards in Saturday’s game and entered the day with nine receptions for 102 yards. Porter caught one pass for 11 yards against the Red Raiders after catching four passes for 78 yards in the first three games of the season.

Josh Doctson is TCU’s leading receiver. He had 18 catches for 267 yards and three touchdowns in Saturday’s shootout victory.
