NORFOLK, Va. (AP) Adrian Kollack completed 25 of 40 passes for 255 yards and a touchdown to help lead South Carolina State to a 17-10 win over Norfolk State on Saturday.

Trailing 10-3 entering the fourth quarter, South Carolina State (6-4, 5-2 MEAC) tied the score when Kollock found Dondre Brown from 8-yards out, capping a nine play, 79-yard drive.

After forcing a Norfolk State punt on the ensuing possession, Justin Taylor capped off a 10-play, 76-yard drive with a 4-yard TD run which gave the Bulldogs their first lead with 42 seconds left.

Norfolk State (3-7, 3-4) had a final chance to tie, but Darius Leonard intercepted Greg Hankerson's pass to seal it.

Jalen Simmons had 57 yards rushing and Taquan West finished with 54 yards receiving for South Carolina State.

Hankerson led the Spartans with 241 yards passing and a touchdown and two interceptions.
